* Product Group *
- Requirements: Works that are free of intellectual property disputes and that have been listed or not listed within six months but can be publicly displayed before this reappraisal are eligible for entry.
- Evaluation criteria:
- Innovativeness. Works should have unique features like breakthrough innovation or incremental innovation.
- Sustainability. Pay attention to the educational characteristics of toys, with humane and moral concerns, consider the sustainable development of industry.
- Playability. Pay attention to toy playability, the application and integration of new technology, new materials and new processes.
- Commerciality. In line with the trend of upgrading consumption, works pay attention to the value of commodities and the feasibility of business models.
- Form of work: physical works + electronic exhibition board (both essential)
* Creativity Group *
- Requirements: Works should be free of intellectual property disputes and have not been publicly released.
- Evaluation criteria:
- Innovation. Innovative and unique, it can be image, function or mode.
- Modern. The design is in line with the orientation of modern life, the features of nature and culture. The model should be vivid and with visual impact.
- Complete expression. Express clearly and completely. Works contains the design image, the name and the instruction to express the idea and the symbolic significance.
- Form of work: electronic exhibition board (better with physical samples)
Submission Requirements
- Submission method
- One work can only be submitted once, not repeatedly. One work may not be used for both groups.
- The e-mail subject, registration form, electronic exhibition board, zip file and entry must be named in the form of “entry group-work name-author name(s)”, for example “Product group-work name-Tony Wood”; if you participate as a team, please mark all the names of the members, for example “Concept group-work name-Bob Zhang + Ari Stack +Pandora Lam”.

- Registration form: please download the form at www.yangzhoutoys.com, our official website, and fill out this form truthfully.
- Electronic exhibition board: Quantity: 1 to 3 pieces / file format: JPG / resolution: 120dpi / size: vertical version A0, the file size of each board is not more than 10M. No information about the author such as name, company, university shall be reflected on the page.
- Submitting deadline

- Physical work acceptance time: August 28, 2018 (based on the delivery date, please estimate the delivery time and send it in advance).
- Prototyping Requirements:
- If the participant need to proof the design products, the organizing committee can contact to prototyping services. For details, please contact the contact person or email in the competition. Prototyping services are charged at cost, at the participant’s own expense.

Project training will be conducted by experts from universities, e-commerce enterprises and supply chain enterprises after the announcement of the results of the preliminary evaluation of the contest to help the participants to optimize the ideas. After the results of the review are published, the awarded works will access to political and productive resources such as butt capital, high-quality supply chain enterprises, large-scale e-commerce platforms, and local government policy support, and will rapidly transform creativity and design into the market. Retrieval of physical works
Statements
- Due to the need of judging, the judges will conduct multiple operations on all the works, which will cause inevitable loss and damage. The Organizing Committee will not assume any responsibility for the consequences.
- The Organizing Committee will review, exhibit, move and keep the works. If the works are lost or damaged, the Organizing Committee will not be responsible for them.
- The Organizing Committee will send back the works in accordance with Article 11, and will not be responsible for any lost or damaged works during the mailing process.
- The Organizing Committee has no liability for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, wars or national policies.
- Once the works are submitted, the participants agree to the above terms by default. The Grand Prize Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation and jurisdiction.
